well i think you should just get to know her 1st lol don’t ask her out just bc you think she is hot! that’s stupid! get to know her a little and if you still like her just say hey i like you and i was wondering if you wanted to go out or something like that. don’t just be like hey let’s go out or hey will you go out with me…bc i bet if she doesn’t know you then she is going to say no lol
