Telling him how you feel and think about him is always nice to here. Flirting is what you normally do to get his attention. After you have his attention try impressing him by doing good things in general and being a strong independent but caring and loving person.
Don’t over do the phone. Talk to him for a set amount of time then hang up and call a girlfriend if you need to talk more. To much phone will wear a relationship out. He will lie to you if you ask him about this, because he likes you. Ask other guys if you don’t believe me.
