respect your friends mother do not try that and she is not flirting with you by being kind and treating you like one of her own. are you out of your mind and how would you feel if your friend asked the same question about your mom,she is trying to show you that she trusts you at her home and around her son and all you can think with is your other head . grow up.
If she is getting “friendly” like that, you need to get away, and fast, no matter how hot she might be. You don’t sound all the old, and getting involved with an older woman, especially your friend’s mom, is a hard pill to swallow. I would just leave it alone.
