talk to them alot, get their number and just start to hang out with them as much as you can. be really girly around them.

Laugh at cute yet corny jokes.
Smile around the guy you like.
Get little gifts like chocolate or something and give it to him saying “Thinking of you”.
Invite him to hang out or something.
If you have a cell phone text him and send cute little random messages through the day and be yourself.
