For some reason I felt the need to add my 2 cents I know there are women who despise chivalrous acts from men, but, at least in my experience, there are far more women who appreciate it. I do it because it’s in my nature to do so. The occaisional negative response won’t change that.

chonipes, please do a search in Google search for National Suicide Prevention Lifeline to get their web sight and toll free phone number hotline. It is available anytime. They will give you information which may help you and your friend. You can also do a search on suicide hotline for more web sites to visit for more information. I pray this will help your friend. To all who see this message.i have a friend that needs help with a girl.He is completly devoted to that girl and cant stop thinking of her no mather what.plus he doesnt know where she is eversints she got transfered to a nother school.Now he is deprest and is prepared to suicide . i managed to controll his problem but dont know what to do now.( He doesnt want professional help.)i dont know what to do and its getting complicated…!! Hey, you sound sweet, but your attitudes seem that of the traditional dating scene. These days it seems like if a guy’s any bit of nice, women put him off as a wuss, or “JUST a nice guy”. Some women like to push buttons too, just to test a guy’s reaction, so I think it rules all depend on the datees. All in all though, nice talk. One other thing – stand when she stands? And I know coz I have been a guy who has been there, done that, longer than I care to tell.
